Keithley SourceMeter® Source Measure Unit (SMU) Instruments can precisely source voltage or current and simultaneously measure voltage and/or current. SMU instruments integrate the capabilities of an individual power supply, digital multimeter (DMM) current source, and electronic load into one instrument.
